摘要
目的 对比脊柱骨折采用CT与X线的临床诊断价值。方法 选取山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院放射科2020年8月—2022年8月接诊的47例疑似脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,均进行X线诊断检查和螺旋CT诊断检查,以手术证实结果为金标准,分析不同诊断方式的诊断结果、诊断准确率。结果 47例患者经过诊断检查后,X线诊断检查结果显示有39例为脊柱骨折患者,有8例为漏诊患者;CT诊断检查结果显示有46例为脊柱骨折患者,有1例为漏诊患者;CT诊断检查的诊断准确度为97.87%,明显高于X线诊断检查的82.98%,CT检查诊断灵敏度高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 CT诊断检查诊断脊柱骨折效果更佳,均可诊断患者病情,可结合实际酌情选择。
Objective To compare the clinical diagnostic value of CT and X-ray in spinal fracture.Methods 47 patients with suspected spinal fracture admitted to the Radiology Department of Radiology,Laiwu Central Hospital,Shandong Yiyang Health Care Group from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.X-ray diagnostic examination and spiral CT diagnostic examination were performed.With surgical confirmation as the gold standard,the diagnostic results and diagnostic accuracy of different diagnostic methods were analyzed.Results After the diagnostic examination of 47 patients,the X-ray diagnostic examination results showed that 39 cases were spinal fracture patients and 8 cases were missed diagnosis patients.CT diagnostic results showed that 46 patients were spinal fracture patients and 1 patient was missed diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of CT 97.87%was significantly higher than that of X-ray 82.98%,the diagnostic sensitivity of CT was higher that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion CT diagnosis of spinal fracture is more effective,can diagnose the patient's condition,can be selected according to the actual situation.
