摘要
目的比较脊柱骨折患者应用X线片与CT诊断的临床价值。方法方便选取2017年1月—2019年9月在该院接受治疗的70例脊柱骨折患者分为两组进行研究,对照组35例,实验组35例。对照组患者给予X线片诊断,实验组患者给予CT诊断,比较两组骨折类型及骨折范围诊断准确率。结果在骨折类型诊断方面,对照组压缩性骨折诊断准确率为66.67%,爆裂性骨折诊断准确率为76.47%;实验组压缩性骨折诊断准确率为94.12%,爆裂性骨折诊断准确率为100.00%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.120、4.780,P<0.05)。在骨折范围诊断方面,对照组前柱、中柱、后柱骨折诊断准确率分别为90.91%、75.00%、50.00%,实验组前柱、中柱、后柱骨折诊断准确率分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%,组间前柱骨折诊断准确率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.950,P>0.05),中柱、后柱骨折诊断准确率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.570、5.880,P<0.05)。结论在脊柱骨折诊断中,CT诊断准确率显著高于X线片,对患者治疗方案的制定有着十分积极的指导意义,为了进一步提高临床诊断准确率,可联合应用X线片与CT,以此提高治疗效果。
Objective To compare the clinical value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of spinal fracture.Methods The 70 patients with spinal fracture treated in the hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were convenienty selected and divided into two groups for study,35 in the control group and 35 in the experimental group.Patients in the control group were given X-ray diagnosis and patients in the experimental group were given CT diagnosis.Results In terms of fracture type diagnosis,the accuracy rate of compression fracture diagnosis in the control group was 66.67%,and that of bursting fracture diagnosis was 76.47%.The diagnostic accuracy of compression fracture in the experimental group was 94.12%,and that of bursting fracture was 100.00%,with statistical differences between the groups(χ^2=4.120,4.780,P<0.05).In the range of fracture diagnosis,the control group in the anterior column,column,column after fracture diagnosis accuracy rate 90.91%,75.00%and 50.00%,respectively,the experimental group in the anterior column,column,column after fracture diagnosis accuracy rate 100.00%,100.00%and 100.00%,respectively,anterior column fracture diagnosis accuracy no statistical difference between groups(χ^2=0.950,P>0.05),in the column,column after fracture diagnosis accuracy difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.570,5.880,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of spinal fractures,the diagnostic accuracy of CT is significantly higher than that of X-ray,which has a very positive guiding significance for the formulation of treatment plans for patients.In order to further improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,X-ray and CT can be combined to improve the treatment effect.
