摘要
为深入落实综合交通运输体系高质量发展要求,紧抓重庆承载成渝地区双城经济圈、西部陆海新通道建设等国家战略实施的机遇,分析了重庆地区铁路物流发展现状及存在问题,借鉴国内外城市铁路物流多式联运发展先进经验,提出应从加强多式联运顶层设计,完善“枢纽+通道+网络”物流体系,积极发展新模式新业态以及强化铁路物流资源要素保障等方面开展工作,以实现重庆铁路物流提质增效降本。
To deeply implement the high-quality development requirements of the comprehensive transportation system,and seize the opportunities for Chongqing to carry out the implementation of national strategies such as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and new western land-sea corridor,we analyze the current situation and existing problems of railway logistics development in Chongqing.Drawing on the advanced experience in the development of multimodal transportation of urban railway logistics at domestic and international levels,we put forward the policy suggestions from these aspects of strengthening the top-level design of multimodal transportation,improving a“hub,channel and network”logistics system,developing new models and new formats,and guaranteeing the elements of railway logistics resources to further improve quality,increase efficiency and reduce costs.
