摘要
自20世纪50年代日本从美国引进物流概念以来,经过几十年的发展,日本物流业在各个方面都有了很大的提高,物流业的快速发展成为日本战后迅速崛起的重要因素之一。对日本物流业的发展历程进行梳理可以发现,日本物流业的发展具有以下特点,即以法律法规为保障,以现代物流技术为支撑,以完善的基础设施为平台,以发达的第三方物流为依托。借鉴日本物流业发展经验,为进一步推动我国物流业发展,应制定符合经济发展要求的物流发展战略,从改善政策环境、加强物流标准建设、大力发展第三方物流、加快物流基础设施建设、开发和推广先进物流技术等方面进行不懈的努力。
Since the concept of logistics has been introduced by Japan from America in 1950s and after the development for several decades, the logistics industry in Japan has made great achievements. And the rapid development of logistics is one of the important driven forces for the post-war development of Japan. After analyzing the history of Japan＇s logistics development, we can understand that the development of Japan＇s logistics industry has the following characteristics： taking law and regulation as the guarantee, modem logistic technology as the equipment, the perfect infrastructure as the platform and depending on the advanced 3PL. Based on the experience of Japan＇ s logistics development, to further promote the development of China＇s logistics industry, we should formulate strategies for the development of China＇s logistics industry meeting the requirement of economic development, and do a better job in improving the policy environment, strengthening logistics standardization, developing the 3PL, accelerating the construction of logistic infrastructure, developing and popularizing the advanced logistic technology.
