南川页岩气田超长水平段水平井高效下套管技术 被引量:4

Efficient casing running technology for horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections in Nanchuan Shale Gas Field

摘要 重庆南川页岩气田东胜区块是国内首个常压页岩气藏,为了有效动用地质储量、提升页岩气单井产量,在该区开展了超长水平段水平井先导试验。该区地质构造复杂,地层产状变化幅度大,导致井眼轨迹复杂、水垂比大及井眼清洁度不佳,使得超长水平段水平井生产套管高效下入面临极大的技术挑战。文中通过开展套管下入方式优选、漂浮下套管工艺设计及井眼清洁措施优化,形成了超长水平段水平井套管高效下入技术。该技术在SY9-3HF井(水平段长度4035 m)成功应用,有效保证了下套管施工作业安全和固井质量,为该井后期高效安全生产奠定了良好基础,也为南川页岩气田乃至国内非常规油气超长水平段水平井下套管提供了借鉴。 The Dongsheng block in Chongqing Nanchuan Shale Gas Field is the first normal pressure shale gas reservoir in China.In order to realize effective utilization of geological reserves and increase the shale gas output of single well,the pilot test of horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections is conducted in this area.The geological structure in this area is complicated and the formation occurrence changes greatly,resulting in complex well track,large radio of horizontal displacement to vertical depth and poor borehole cleanliness,which makes the efficient production casing running of horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections face great technical challenges.In this paper,by carrying out casing running mode selection,floating casing running technology design and optimization of wellbore cleaning measures,the efficient casing running technology for horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections is formed.The technology is successfully applied in Well SY9-3HF(horizontal section length is 4,035 m),which effectively ensures the safety of casing running and cementing quality,lays a good foundation for efficient and safe production in the later stage of this well,and also provides reference for casing running of unconventional oil and gas horizontal wells with ultra-long horizontal sections in Nanchuan Shale Gas Field and even in China.
