南川页岩气田排水采气工艺技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 气井生产过程中,井筒积液是造成产量下降的一个重要因素,通过气量变化、油套压差、井筒压力梯度等参数及时判断井筒积液情况,并采取排液技术措施,有利于气井的高产稳产。目前气田生产中常用的排水采气技术有多种,需要根据气井压力系统、产液量、产气量,选择经济有效的生产方式。以南川常压页岩气田为例,对工区气井成功应用的排水采气工艺进行分析,为低压低产井的工艺选择提供借鉴。分析表明,压缩机降低井口压力、加注表面活性剂、优选管柱等适用于具有一定生产能力的气井,超低压气井可通过气举、动力泵抽汲等工艺技术进行排水。 Fluid accumulation in the wellbore is an important factor cause the production decline.The change of gas volume,oil jacket pressure difference,wellbore pressure gradient and other parameters can be used to timely judge the fluid accumulation in the wellbore,and take technical measures to drain the fluid,which is conducive to the high and stable production of gas wells.There are many drainage technologies used in gas field,and it is necessary to choose an economical and effective method according to the gas well pressure system,liquid production,and gas production.This paper take the Nanchuan atmospheric shale gas field as an example,analyzes the drainage technology in the work area,and provides a reference for the process selection of low pressure and low production wells.Analysis shows that the use of compressors to reduce wellhead pressure,add surfactants,and optimize tubing is suitable for gas wells with a certain production capacity.Ultra-low pressure wells can be drained by gas lift,power pump swabbing and other process technologies.
