摘要 多层管柱射流泵排水采气工艺现场施工主要根据经验选择井下泵芯尺寸规格和配置地面注入泵的参数,施工前缺乏对相关施工参数地面优化计算的方法,导致在施工过程中出现排液效率低、重复调整井下泵芯尺寸、地面注入压力不匹配等问题。针对这一生产难题,进行了多层管柱射流泵排水采气工艺参数优化研究,依据理论计算,建立了泵芯喷嘴和喉管的合理匹配关系;同时,结合现场需求设计了三套试验方案,通过试验室模拟的方法对不同喷嘴规格的合理地面泵压进行了效果对比,并确定了合理的地面泵压范围。现场霍X井采用优化后的工艺参数设计,有效提高了多层管柱射流泵排采效率,达到更好的排水采气效果。该研究结果对多层管柱射流泵排水采气工艺技术编制施工方案以及现场施工具有很好的指导意义。 The field construction of multi-layer string jet pump drainage and gas recovery technology mainly selects the size and specification of downhole pump core and the parameters of surface injection pump according to the experience.Before the construction,there is a lack of ground optimization calculation method for relevant construction parameters,which leads to the problems of low drainage efficiency,repeated adjustment of downhole pump core size and mismatching of surface injection pressure in the construction process.To solve this production problem,the optimization of multi-layer string jet pump drainage and gas recovery process parameters is studied.Based on theoretical calculation,the reasonable matching relationship between pump core nozzle and throat is established;At the same time,combined with the field demand,three sets of test schemes are designed,and the reasonable ground pump pressure of different nozzle specifications is compared through the laboratory simulation method,and the reasonable range of ground pump pressure is determined.The optimized process parameter design is adopted in Well Huo X,which effectively improves the multi-layer string jet pump drainage efficiency and achieves better drainage and gas recovery effect.The research results have a good guiding significance for the multi-layer string jet pump drainage and gas production technology,the preparation of construction scheme and the field construction.
