摘要
针对海上环保、抗高温井的钻探需求,通过研选抗高温环保处理剂,研制了一套抗温200℃的环保型防塌钻井液体系,EC_(50)值为30300 mg/L,BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)值为0.713。室内实验表明其在200℃下仍具有良好流变性能,高温高压失水控制在15 mL以内,页岩滚动回收率大于85%。在井深6297 m、垂深6004.27 m的渤海湾埕海区块X井进行了现场应用,实钻过程中钻井液性能稳定,井径规则,全井10次电测均一次到底,无任何井下复杂情况发生,创造了多项海上钻井记录,为海上超深井作业奠定了基础。
Aiming to address the environmental and high-temperature challenges faced by drilling fluids in offshore deep and ultra-deep well drilling operations,a set of environmentally-friendly anti-collapse drilling fluid system with a temperature resistance of over 200℃has been developed.This system boasts an EC_(50)value of 30300 mg/L and a BOD_(5)/COD_(Cr)value of 0.713,exhibiting excellent rheological properties even at 200℃.Additionally,it effectively controls high-temperature and high-pressure water loss to within 15 mL and achieves a shale rolling recovery rate of over 85%.The successful application of this system in offshore ultra-deep well X in the Bohai Bay,with a total depth of 6297 m and a vertical depth of 6004.27 m,achieved various offshore drilling records such as the deepest vertical depth and the highest temperature in the Bohai Bay area at that time.There was no complicated situation in the well,laying a solid foundation for offshore deep and ultra-deep well operations and demonstrating broad potential for promotion and application.
