摘要
为探究氮肥施用对榉树容器苗生长的影响,以广西南宁地区的榉树为研究对象,考察榉树在不同氮肥水平下的生长情况。结果显示:随着氮肥施用量的增加,榉树幼苗株高、地径以及生物量逐渐增高,整体表现为:N5>N4>N3>N2>N1>CK,当施用量为10 g/株(N5)时,幼苗株高、地径以及总生物量最大。随着氮肥施用量的增加,榉树幼苗冠幅、总根长、根体积、根尖数、根表面积、净光合速率、气孔导度以及蒸腾速率均呈现先增后减的趋势,整体表现为N4>N5>N3>N2>N1>CK,当使用量为8 g/株(N4)时,幼苗冠幅、总根长、根体积、根尖数、根表面积、净光合速率、气孔导度以及蒸腾速率最高,当施用量为6 g/株(N3)时,幼苗胞间二氧化碳的浓度最高。
The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application rate,the height,diameter,and biomass of Zelkova Shneideriana seedlings gradually increased,with an overall performance of N5>N4>N3>N2>N1>CK.When the application rate was 10 g/plant(N5),the height,diameter,and total biomass of the seedlings were the highest.With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application rate,the crown diameter,total root length,root volume,root tip number,root surface area,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of Zelkova Shneideriana seedlings show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with an overall performance of N4>N5>N3>N2>N1>CK.When the application rate was 8 g/plant(N4),the seedling crown width,total root length,root volume,number of root tips,root surface area,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate were the highest.When the application rate was 6 g/plant(N3),the seedling intercellular carbon dioxide concentration was the highest.
