Study on the classification of seedling quality of Zelkova schneideriana

摘要 在南京、镇江、常州和无锡等江苏榉树主要分布地,选取榉树1年生播种苗苗圃12个,对1080株榉树苗木的地径和苗高调查,进行了小样方随机抽样;通过对70株苗木的地径、苗高、主根长、侧根数以及全株干重进行相关分析后,确定地径和苗高作为苗木分级的质量指标,分别用标准差法和聚类分析法对榉树苗木质量的分级标准进行了探讨比较。结合苗木生产实际,得出1年生榉树播种苗的3级分级标准是Ⅰ级苗:地径≥1.0 cm,苗高≥110.0cm;Ⅱ级苗:1.0 cm>地径≥0.60 cm,110.0 cm>苗高≥85.0 cm;Ⅲ级苗:地径<0.60 cm,苗高<85.0 cm。 Through subquadrat random sampling, the height and ground diameter of 1 year old Zelkova schneideriana seedling ( 1080 individuals) were investigated in 12 nurseries distributed in Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Changzhou and Wuxi. The correlation analysis was used among ground diameter, seedling height, main root length, lateral root number and dry weight of plant with 70 samples. We took ground diameter and seedling height as the quality guideline of seedling grading. Then Zelkova schneideriana Seedling Grading was compared through the methods of standard difference and clustering Analysis. Based on productive practice, we concluded the three grading standards of 1 year old Zelkova schneideriana seedling i. e. the best grade (ground diameter≥1. 0 cm, seedling height ≥ 110. 0 cm) , the secondary grade ( 1.0 cm 〉 ground diameter ≥0. 60 cm, 110. 0 cm 〉 seedling height≥ 85.0 cm) , the third grade (ground diameter 〈 0. 60 cm, seedling height 〈 85.0 cm).
