摘要
以构树叶为原料,通过碱液浸提法设计试验,研究料液比、时间、温度、NaOH溶液浓度对构树叶多糖得率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,用响应面法优化得到最佳提取工艺。结果显示,在碱提时间160 min、料液比1︰33 g/mL、碱提温度88℃、NaOH溶液浓度0.12 mol/L条件下,构树叶多糖提取得率达到最大值13.21%,而响应面模型预测值为13.243%,两者基本吻合,由此可见响应面优化构树叶多糖提取条件合理且可行。
The factors which affect the content of polysaccharides extracting from Broussonetia papyrifera by the solid-liquid ratio,time,temperature and NaOH solution were studied by design experiment of lye leaching method.On the basis of the single-factor experiment,the extraction process was optimized by the response surface method.The results showed that under the condition of time of 160 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:33 g/mL,the temperature 88℃,and the NaOH solution concentration 0.12 mol/L,the maximum yield of polysaccharide extraction in Broussonetia papyrifera leaves reached 13.21%,while the predicted value of the response surface model was 13.243%.The two basically coincided,which showed that the process was reasonableand feasible.
