不同预处理方法对小麦麸皮阿拉伯木聚糖提取得率的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为了提高阿拉伯木聚糖的得率,使用三种方法对麸皮进行预处理,包括粉碎、粉碎后超微粉碎和粉碎后发酵。结果表明:对照样品、粉碎样品、粉碎后超微粉碎样品及粉碎后发酵样品的水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖得率之间存在显著性差异,粉碎样品和粉碎后发酵样品水不溶性阿拉伯木聚糖的得率没有显著性差异。 In order to get more Arabinoxylans,three pretreatment methods were used,including grinding,super micro grinding and fermenting.The results showed that the yield rate of water-extractable Arabinoxylans among controlling samples,grinding samples,super micro grinding samples and fermentation samples were significant different,but the yield rate of water-unextractable Arabinoxylans yield between grinding samples and fermentation samples was not significant different.
