摘要 选取2010—2020年安徽省面板数据,采用DEA模型对安徽省16地市的农业用水效率进行测度,并采用Malmquist指数法进一步分析安徽省农业用水效率的变化规律与特点。结果表明,2010、2015和2020年安徽省农业用水综合效率均未达到有效,且整体呈现出缓慢降低的趋势;2010—2020年安徽省农业用水全要素生产效率总体有所增加,且增速波动较大;安徽省农业用水全要素生产效率表现出南北两端高、中部较低的分布规律,技术进步是影响安徽省农业用水效率的主要因素。需加强农业基础设施建设,升级农业灌溉技术,以尽快缩短各地市之间的差距。 The panel data of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020 were selected and DEA model was used to measure the agricultural water use efficiency of 16 cities in Anhui Province,and Malmquist index method was used to further analyze the changing rules and characteristics of agricultural water use efficiency in Anhui Province.The result showed that in 2010,2015 and 2020,the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural water use in Anhui Province was not effective,and showed a trend of slow decline;from 2010 to 2020,the total factor production efficiency of agricultural water in Anhui Province generally increased,and the growth rate fluctuated greatly;the total factor production efficiency of agricultural water use in Anhui Province showed the distribution law of high in the north and south ends and low in the middle,technological progress was the main factor affecting agricultural water use efficiency in Anhui Province.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure and upgrade agricultural irrigation technology to shorten the gap between different cities as soon as possible.
