摘要
自贸试验区建设是党中央在新时代推进改革开放的重要战略举措,对物流效率研究有助于评估不同批次自贸试验区在物流领域的政策效应,进一步促进物流高质量发展。文章采用DEA-Malmquist模型,对21个自贸试验区2011年—2020年物流效率进行测度,分析静态变化情况以及动态变化趋势。研究发现,自贸试验区的成立确实提高了其所在城市的物流效率,但不同区域自贸试验区物流发展较不平衡,东部自贸试验区物流效率情况较好,而西部自贸试验区物流效率相对滞后;自贸试验区整体的Malmquist指数逐年提高,技术进步是物流效率变动的重要影响因素。
The construction of the Pilot Free Trade Zone is an important strategic measure for the CPC Central Committee to promote reform and opening up in the new era.The study of logistics efficiency is helpful to evaluate the policy effects of different batches of the Pilot Free Trade Zone in the logistics field and further promote the high-quality development of logistics.This paper uses the DEA-Malmquist model to measure the logistics efficiency of 21 Pilot Free Trade Zones from 2011 to 2020,and analyzes the static change and dynamic change trend.It is found that the establishment of the Pilot Free Trade Zone has indeed improved the logistics efficiency of its city,but the logistics development in different regional Pilot Free Trade Zones is unbalanced,and the logistics efficiency in the eastern Pilot Free Trade Zones is better,while the logistics efficiency in the western pilot free trade zone is relatively lagging behind;The overall Malmquist index of the Pilot Free Trade Zone is increasing year by year,and technological progress is an important factor affecting the change of logistics efficiency.
