摘要
针对危化品运输需求量增加,危化品运输工具存在安全性低、效率低的问题,以罐式集装箱及传统槽罐车为研究对象,提出基于安全和效率的危化品运输评价方法。基于安全影响因素,运用灰色聚类法对罐式集装箱与槽罐车的安全性进行对比分析,研究表明罐式集装箱的安全性较槽罐车的安全性高8.34%。基于罐式集装箱和槽罐车的运营调研数据,通过成本分析法和数据包络分析法发现罐式集装箱的运营效率较槽罐车的运营效率高10%。研究结果可以为危化品运输和管理提供相关参考。
In view of the increasing demand for hazardous chemical transportation and the low safety and low efficiency of hazardous chemical transportation tools,tank containers and traditional tank trucks are taken as the research objects,and an evaluation method for hazardous chemical transportation is proposed based on safety and efficiency.Based on the safety influencing factors,the grey clustering method is used to compare and analyze the safety of tank containers and tank trucks,and the research shows that the safety of tank containers is 8.34%higher than that of tank trucks.Based on the operation survey data of tank containers and tank trucks,it is found that the operation efficiency of tank containers is 10%higher than that of tank trucks by the cost analysis method and the data envelopment analysis.The research results can provide relevant reference for the transportation and management of hazardous chemicals.
