高致病性病原微生物实验室环境风险探讨

摘要 目前,高致病性病原微生物实验室环境风险评价只针对实验室操作过程产生的三废展开,但病原微生物进入自然环境远远不止这一种途径。分析病原微生物进入自然环境的3种途径:通过实验室产生的三废进入自然环境,被感染的人或动物进入自然环境,在运输、储存、安保等环节,病原微生物样本直接进入自然环境。同时概述了由环境介质进入人体的3种途径。总结出病原微生物从实验室多途径散逸出来到侵入人体的全过程轨迹。最后指出了高致病性病原微生物实验室环境风险评价应该覆盖实验室运行活动可能产生的所有环境生物污染风险环节。 At present,the environmental risk assessment of highly pathogenic microbiology laboratory only aims at the three wastes produced in the process of laboratory operation,but there is far more than this way for pathogenic microorganisms to enter the natural environment.This paper combs three ways for pathogenic microorganisms to enter the natural environment:the three wastes produced in the laboratory enter the natural environment,the infected people or animals enter the natural environment,and in the links of transportation,storage,security and so on,the samples of pathogenic microorganisms enter the natural environment directly.At the same time,three ways to enter the human body from environmental media are summarized.It outlines the whole process of pathogenic microorganisms escaping from the laboratory to invading the human body.Finally,it is proposed that the environmental risk assessment of highly pathogenic venereal disease microbiology laboratory should cover all possible risk links of environmental biological pollution caused by laboratory operation activities.
