摘要
简要介绍了《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》GB50346-2004的编制背景、编制依据和规范的主要内容。介绍了生物安全实验室建设的现状、生物安全标准规范的现状、生物安全的涵义和生物安全实验室的分级等。比较了我国规范与国外同类标准规范的特点以及与国内相关标准的协调情况。给出了强制性条文的内容及条文说明。
In this paper, the backgroud, basis and main contents of Architectural and Technical Code for Biosafety Laboratories (GB50346-2004) are introduced. The present situation of Biosafety Laboratory construction and related stabdards and codes, the implication of biosafety and the classification of Biosafety Laboratories are also discussed. In addition, The characteristics between this code and other related codes and standards are compared, and the compulsory articles and their explanations introduced.
