摘要
目的:提高生物安全柜气密性的准确度和精度。方法:使用生物安全柜气密性检测装置检测生物安全柜的气密性。结果:相比于肥皂泡法,生物安全柜气密性检测装置不仅操作简便、自动、快速,而且精度高、实时、结果准确,能有效观察生物安全柜的气密性变化。结论:生物安全柜气密性检测装置可以有效地保护实验操作人员,适用于所有等级的生物安全柜气密性检测,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To improve the accuracy and precision of the air tightness of the biological safety cabinet. Methods Some measuring instrument was used to test the air tightness of the biological safety cabinet. Results Compared with soap bubble method, the measuring instrument behaved better in operation, automation, speed, precision, timeliness and accuracy, and the changes of the air tightness of the biological safety cabinet could be observed effectively. Conclusion The measuring instrument can protect the experimental personnel, and can be applied to all grades of biological safety cabinets.
