摘要
以2011—2020年我国博物馆为研究对象,运用DEA-BCC模型、DEA-Malmquist模型对31个省份博物馆科研效率进行测算,运用Tobit模型对影响博物馆科研效率的内部结构因素和外部环境因素进行评估,结果发现我国博物馆科研效率在2011—2020年期间总体技术效率水平波动增长,技术进步效率是制约科研效率的重要因素。为推进我国博物馆科研创新发展,建议加强科研管理与科研资源合理配置,建立健全科研成果认定与评价机制,重视科研人才能力培养,并适当拓展与地区产业的合作。
The museum is an important place to guard, inherit and display the excellent achievements of Chinese civilization. Deepening academic research is an important mission of the museum.Evaluating the research efficiency is one of the effective tools to improve the academic research level.Taking museums in China from 2011 to 2020 as the research object, DEA-BCC model and DEA Malmquist model are used to calculate the research efficiency of museums in 31 provinces, and Tobit model is used to evaluate the internal structural factors and external environmental factors that affect the research efficiency. The results show that the overall technical efficiency of museums in China fluctuates and increases during 2011-2020, and the efficiency of technological progress is an important factor restricting the research efficiency. In order to promote the innovative development of research in museums, it is suggested to strengthen scientific research management and rational allocation of scientific research resources, establish and improve the recognition and evaluation mechanism of scientific research achievements, pay attention to the cultivation of scientific research talents, and appropriately expand cooperation with regional industries.
