摘要
对安徽省城市韧性与土地利用效率之间的耦合协调性进行研究,探究土地利用与城市韧性协调发展的路径,为实现区域可持续发展提供科学支撑。采用综合指标评价法、熵值法、ArcGIS自然断裂点法、数据包络DEA模型法、耦合协调模型法进行研究。研究结果表明:1)2020年安徽省16个城市综合韧性整体水平较高,但是区域差异较为明显,合肥都市圈最优,皖江城市带次之,皖北边缘地区韧性水平较低;2)安徽省城市韧性与城市土地利用效率的总体耦合度较高,大部分城市处于高水平耦合阶段;3)安徽省16个城市的城市韧性与土地利用效率耦合协调度整体水平较高。根据安徽省城市韧性与土地利用耦合协调度,将安徽划分为4个区域,优质协调区、良好协调区域、中级协调区域、初级协调区域等。研究结论:安徽省城市韧性与土地利用效率耦合协调度较高,但是区域差异明显。为了减少区域之间差异,安徽省需要从提高城市的综合韧性水平和土地利用效率两方面入手,进一步加强区域之间的联动与协作,扩大合肥都市圈的影响,实现区域一体化发展。
The coupled and coordinated relationship between urban resilience and land use efficiency in Anhui Province was studied,to explore the impact of land use on urban development and provide scientific support for achieving sustainable regional development.By using comprehensive index evaluation method,entropy value method,ArcGIS natural fracture point method,data envelopment DEA model method,coupled coordination model method.Research results show that:1)The overall level of comprehensive resilience of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2020 is high,but regional differences are obvious,with the best spatial characteristics of the Hefei metropolitan area,the second best in the Wanjiang urban belt,and the weaker spatial characteristics of the northern Anhui fringe;2)The overall coupling degree between urban resilience and urban land use efficiency in Anhui Province is high and most cities are at the stage of high coupling degree;3)The urban resilience of 16 cities in Anhui Province and land use efficiency coupling coordination is very high.According to the coupling coordination degree of urban toughness and land use in Anhui province,Anhui is divided into 4 regions,high quality coordinated area,good coordinated area,intermediate coordinated area and elementary coordinated area.Research conclusion:Urban resilience and land use efficiency are highly coupled in Anhui Province.But there are some regional differences.In order to reduce the differences between regions,Anhui Province needs to improve both the comprehensive level of urban resilience and land use efficiency,further strengthen the linkage and collaboration between regions,expand the influence of the Hefei metropolitan area to achieve integrated regional development.
