摘要
深入探索安徽省乡村绿色发展水平及其时空演变,对推进乡村经济发展与环境保护协同演进乃至美丽中国建设具有重要指导意义。从绿色资源、绿色环境、绿色生态、高效发展、生活美好5个方面构建了安徽乡村绿色发展评价指标体系,借助ArcGIS和GeoDA,综合运用熵权法、自然断裂点法、Moran's I指数和基尼系数等,揭示了2010—2019年安徽省乡村绿色发展时空演变特征。结果表明:(1)安徽乡村绿色发展水平整体提升,综合指数由0.3948增至0.5134,增长30.02%,年均增长3.34%;各地级市乡村绿色发展水平综合指数处于0.30~0.64之间,平均水平0.4725,其中黄山(0.5112)显著高于其它城市,最低为亳州(0.4469)。(2)安徽省乡村绿色发展时空演化呈现出“中高、南北低”向均匀化发展的趋势。2010年绿色发展综合指数皖中(0.4122)>皖北(0.3936)>皖南(0.3845),2019年3个区域均为0.515±0.005,其中铜陵、马鞍山和宿州3个地级市增长幅度最大。(3)研究期内,安徽省乡村绿色发展水平具有集聚效应,分时段2010—2012年、2013—2019年具有异质性,但趋异性减弱。
Exploring the level of rural green development and its spatial-temporal evolution in Anhui Province has important guiding significance for promoting the coordinated evolution of rural economic development and environmental protection and the construction of beautiful China.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural green development in Anhui Province from five aspects:green resources,green environment,green ecologic,efficient development and good life.With ArcGIS and GeoDA,the entropy weight method,natural breakpoint method,Moran's I index and Gini coefficient are comprehensively used to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution of rural green development in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019.The results show that:(1)The overall level of rural green development in Anhui has been improved,and the comprehensive index has increased from 0.3948 to 0.5134,with an increase of 30.02%and an average annual increase of 3.34%.The comprehensive index of rural green development level of each prefecture-level city is between 0.30 and 0.64,with an average level of 0.4725.Huangshan(0.5112)is significantly higher than other cities,and Bozhou(0.4469)is the lowest.(2)The spatial and temporal evolution of rural green development in Anhui Province shows a trend of'medium-high,north-south low'to uniform development.In 2010,the comprehensive index of green development was central Anhui(0.4122)>northern Anhui(0.3936)>southern Anhui(0.3845).In 2019,the comprehensive index of green development in the three regions was 0.515±0.005,among which Tongling,Ma'anshan and Suzhou had the largest growth rate.(3)During the study period,the level of rural green development in Anhui Province has an agglomeration effect.It is heterogeneous in 2010—2012 and 2013—2019,but the divergence is decreased.
