摘要
血管性认知障碍(VCI)是由血管性疾病所引起的各种形式的认知障碍,包括轻微认知障碍及明显的痴呆,目前尚缺乏有效治疗方法。越来越多的研究表明,在VCI动物模型中给予丰富环境(EE)干预对大脑认知功能恢复具有良好的作用,其作用机制可能是通过促进神经营养因子和神经再生因子的表达和释放、增加突触相关蛋白表达、提高突触可塑性、减少神经炎症反应及增强胆碱能递质系统作用等改善VCI。本文就EE干预如何改善VCI的具体机制进行系统阐述。
Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is defined as various forms of cognitive dysfunction caused by vascular diseases,including mild cognitive impairment and obvious dementia.At present,there is no effective treatment for VCI.More and more studies have proven that enriched environment(EE)intervention has a good effect on the recovery of brain cognitive function in animal models of VCI,the underlying mechanism lies in the effect on promoting the expression and release of neurotrophic factors and neural regeneration-related factors,increasing the expression of synapsin protein,enhancing synaptic plasticity as well as reducing neuroinflammatory response and improving the function of cholinergic transmitter system which may improve VCI.This article systematically expounds the specific mechanism of how EE intervention can improve VCI.
