摘要
食品检测是食品监管部门监督和维护食品行业秩序,确保食品安全的有效手段。目前食品监管部门主要委托食品检验检测机构进行食品安全检测。食品检测涉及环节和流程众多,其中重点流程环节包括检验样品采集、试剂制备、检测分析等,做好重点环节的质量管控,对确保检测结果的准确可靠具有十分重要的意义。本文梳理了食品检测流程中的重点环节,阐述了食品检测质量控制的总体思路,并提出了具体的措施建议。
Food testing is an effective means for food regulatory authorities to supervise and maintain the order of the food industry and ensure food safety.At present,the food regulatory authorities mainly entrust food inspection and testing institutions to conduct food safety testing.Food testing involves numerous links and processes,including key process steps such as sample collection,reagent preparation,testing and analysis.Good quality control of key links is of great significance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.The article outlines the key links in the food testing process,elaborates on the overall approach to quality control in food testing,and proposes specific measures and suggestions.
