摘要
食品检测是保障食品安全的重要手段,样品是检测活动对象,它的代表性、有效性和完整性直接影响检测结果的准确性,因此样品的管理是食品检验检测活动中的重要环节。本文简要论述样品管理的抽取、确认、接收、标识、流转、制备、留样和处置等过程控制中存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施。
Food testing is an important means to ensure food safety. Samples are the object of testing activities.Its representativeness, effectiveness and integrity affect the accuracy of testing results. Therefore, sample management is an important link in food testing activities. This paper briefly discusses the problems existing in the process control of sample management, such as sampling, confirmation, reception, identification, circulation, preparation, sample retention and disposal, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
