摘要
目的探讨基于量化评估策略的手术室护理结合预见性干预在前列腺电切术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月收治的120例前列腺电切术患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施基于量化评估策略的手术室护理结合预见性干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果入室后、手术开始前、术后,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉后(T_(1))、手术10 min(T_(2))、手术30 min(T_(3)),观察组的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)低于对照组,脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术中不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于量化评估策略的手术室护理结合预见性干预有助于缓解前列腺电切术患者的恐惧情绪,保持体征稳定,减少术中不良事件,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with predictive intervention in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with predictive intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After entering the room,before the operation and after the operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After anesthesia(T_(1)),10 min after operation(T_(2))and 30 min after operation(T_(3)),the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with predictive intervention can help alleviate the fear of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,maintain stable signs,reduce intraoperative adverse events,and improve nursing satisfaction.
