摘要
目的讨论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症患者的围手术期综合护理效果。方法本院截止2017年3月至2019年3月阶段内的150例前列腺增生症患者作为本次研究的观察对象,并随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(围手术期综合护理),评判标准:各手术治疗指标、前列腺症状评分、重组蛋白、尿流率指标、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果研究组患者护理干预后的手术时间、术中出血量、尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间以及切除组织重量指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者护理干预后的前列腺症状评分、重组蛋白及尿流率指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者护理干预后发生并发症概率的10.67%明显低于对照组的33.33%,P<0.05;研究组患者护理干预后各项生活质量指标均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论围手术期综合护理的实施可提高经尿道前列腺电切术的实施效果,降低其术后发生并发症的概率,改善其术后生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the perioperative comprehensive nursing effect of transurethral resection of prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from March 2017 to March 1919 were enrolled in this study and randomly assigned to a control group(conventional care)and a study group(perioperative period).Comprehensive nursing,evaluation criteria:surgical treatment indicators,prostate symptom scores,recombinant protein,urine flow rate indicators,complication rate and quality of life.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,urinary indwelling time,bladder irrigation time and excised tissue weight index of the study group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.The prostate group symptom score after nursing intervention in the study group The recombinant protein and urine flow rate index were better than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications after nursing intervention in the study group was 10.67%significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%,P<0.05).All quality of life indicators were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing during perioperative period can improve the implementation effect of transurethral resection of prostate,reduce the chance of postoperative complications and improve the quality of postoperative life.It is worth promoting.
