摘要
目的:探讨基于量化评估策略的手术室护理应用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者的价值。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月笔者所在医院收治的行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的68例患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组应用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组护理总满意度为94.12%,高于对照组的67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.82%,低于对照组的35.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后半年,观察组复发率为5.88%,低于对照组的26.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于量化评估策略的手术室护理应用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者中,可有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,降低并发症发生率及复发率,护理满意度高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the value of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Method:A total of 68 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 67.65%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82%,which was lower than 35.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 26.47%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and the nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion.
