摘要
高职劳动教育评价是高职院校积极响应国家政策的必然举措、衡量劳动教育质量的主要标准、完善劳动教育功能的重要保障、实现立德树人任务的内在要求。当前高职院校由于受限于各种主客观因素,导致劳动教育评价存在评价主体单一、内容简单、方式落后、功能不足等现实困境。高职院校应推动劳动教育评价主体联动化、内容全面化、方法多元化、反馈高效化,从而着力发展学生劳动素养,为国家培养更多担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
Education evaluation is related to the direction of education development.Labor education evaluation in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable measure for higher vocational colleges to actively respond to national policies,a main standard to measure the quality of labor education,an important guarantee to improve the function of labor education,and an internal requirement to achieve the task of cultivating people with morality.However,due to the limitations of various subjective and objective factors,the vocational colleges currently have some practical difficulties in the evaluation of labor education,such as single subject,simple content,backward methods and insufficient functions.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should promote the linkage of labor education evaluation subjects,the comprehensiveness of content,the diversification of methods,and the high efficiency of feedback,so as to focus on the development of students'labor literacy,and cultivate more new people for the country to assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
