摘要
目的 搜集整理针刺辅助胃镜检查的相关文献发表情况及研究进展,为今后脾胃病研究及临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 采用文献计量学方法,回顾性分析国内外有关针刺辅助胃镜检查的文献,并对相关文献进行定量分析。结果 最终纳入文献111篇,发表于1959年至今。文献量于1980年代大幅增加,后持续受到关注至今。文献类型日趋多样化;国际影响力增加。具体研究方法多元化;取穴多样,频次较高者为内关、足三里、合谷;刺灸方法多元;观察指标多样。结论 针刺辅助胃镜检查持续受到研究者关注,相关文献量逐步增加。国际影响力日趋增加。但仍需要系统化、规范化的研究标准和大样本、高质量的证据支持,为临床推广应用提供证据。
Objective To investigate the literature publication and research progress of acupuncture assisted gastroscopy and to provide reference for the future research and clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Methods By using bibliometric method, literatures on acupuncture-assisted gastroscopy were reviewed and analyzed. Bibliometric analysis was conducted for the above studies. Results Finally, 111 articles were included and published since 1959.The amount of literature increased significantly in the 1980s, and has been concerned since then. The types of literature are becoming more and more diversified, which increases international influence and diversified specific research methods. The acupoints selected are various, and the ones with higher frequency are Neiguan(PC6), Zusanli(ST36) and Hegu(LI4). Methods of needling and moxibustion are multiple. The observation indexes are various. Conclusion Acupuncture-assisted gastroscopy continues to attract the attention of researchers, and the amount of relevant literature is gradually increasing. The international influence is increasing. However, systematic and standardized research standards and large samples of high-quality evidence are still needed to provide evidence for clinical promotion and application.
