依托在线学堂的混合教学模式对临床技能实训课程改革实践

摘要 目的探讨在临床技能实训课程教学过程中应用混合教学模式的效果。方法随机选取山东中医药大学针灸推拿专业选修临床技能综合实训课程的2个班级共95名学生进行试点教学和效果评价,分为实验组(46名)和对照组(49名),实验组采用混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。以期末总成绩及调查问卷比较2组学生的教学效果。结果实验组期末总成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示混合教学模式有助于调动学生的学习积极性。结论混合教学模式有助于学生提高临床实践和自主创新能力,值得进一步应用与推广。 Objective To explore the effect of blended teaching mode in the teaching process of clinical skills training curriculum.Methods A total of 89 students from two classes of acupuncture and tuina major in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine who took clinical skills training curriculum as an optional course were randomly divided into experimental group(46 students)and control group(49 students).The experimental group adopt blended teaching mode,while the control group adopt traditional teach⁃ing mode.The teaching effect of the two groups of students was compared with the final grade and questionnaire.Results The final grade of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the blended teaching mode is helpful to mobilize learning enthusiasm of students.Conclusion The blended teaching mode can help students improve clinical practice and independent innovation ability,and is worthy of further application and promotion.
