摘要
问卷调查在校医科大学医学生的法律素养情况,并分析其影响因素,得结论为其培养中存在着问题,其主要有医学生涉突发公共卫生事件的法律知识储备不足、法律信仰不坚定、卫生法学相关课程教育形式过于单一、相关课程安排及内容设置不合理等;故应“对症”地以课堂作为培育学生法律素养的主阵地,融合互联网、课外教学等多种模式,拓展实践形式并以“法律诊所”为实践抓手,以切实提高学生运用相关法律理论知识解决突发公共卫生事件中相关法律问题的能力。
Questionnaire survey is conducted on the legal literacy of medical students in medical colleges,and its influencing factors are analyzed.The conclusion is that there are some problems in their training,including insuf⁃ficient legal knowledge reserve of medical students concerning public health emergencies,unfirm legal belief,uni⁃tary education form of health jurisprudence courses,unreasonable curriculum arrangement and content setting,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to take the classroom as the main position of cultivating students'legal literacy,integrate the Internet,extracurricular teaching and other modes,expand practical forms and take"legal clinic"as the practice starting point,so as to effectively improve students'ability to use relevant legal theoretical knowledge to solve rel⁃evant legal problems in public health emergencies.
