摘要
近年来,医学研究生法律素养的培育要求得以强化,但各医学院校医学研究生法律素养的培育实践,无论是培育理念还是培育方式,抑或培育评价体系,却仍沿袭不少习惯做法,甚至存在与现实需求相脱节的情况;鉴此,本文认为应按照大健康与新医科改革要求,树立医学研究生法律素养终身培育的教育理念,同时结合互联网教学实践,采取多元化培养模式,最终依托过程考核机制,使该素养培育能够与实践有效结合。
In recent years,the cultivation of legal literacy for medical postgraduates has been strengthened.However,in the practice of cultivating legal literacy of medical postgraduates,the cultivation concept,cultivation mode or cultivation evaluation system still follow many customary practices in various medical colleges and universi⁃ties,and there is even a disconnection with the actual needs.In view of this,this paper argues that the education con⁃cept of lifelong cultivation of legal literacy for medical postgraduates should be established according to the require⁃ments of the reform of big health and new medical science.Meanwhile,the diversified cultivation mode should be ad⁃opted based on the Internet teaching practice,and finally rely on the process assessment mechanism,so that the culti⁃vation of legal literacy can be effectively combined with practice.
