职业适应性导向下高职学生数字素养培育的取向选择与实践路径 被引量:3

Orientation Choice and Practice Path of Digital Literacy Cultivation of Students in Vocational Colleges Under the Guidance of Professional Adaptability

摘要 数字经济时代,提升高职学生数字素养、培养数字技能人才是助力产业数字化转型升级的战略举措。作为培育数字技能人才的主阵地,高职院校通过加强学生数字素养教育,能够为数字经济发展、数字社会建设提供人才支撑。但在职业适应性导向下,高职学生数字素养培育仍面临诸多现实困境,主要体现在学生能力结构与产业数字升级需求不匹配、技能人才培养与就业形态变化相脱节两方面。为此,应以政府为主导力,完善顶层设计框架,加大政策与资源供给;以企业为辅助力,利用信息技术赋能,搭建数字技能实践平台;以学校为主战场,强化数字要素融合,健全数字素养培训体系。具体实践层面,需锚定数字经济发展方向,持续优化专业设置;构建产教融合协同育人机制,积极探索混合制办学;建设数字化“双师型”师资队伍,提高教师数字教学管理能力。 In the era of digital economy,improving the digital literacy of higher vocational students and cultivating digital skilled talents are strategic measures to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the industry.As the main front for cultivating digital skilled talents,higher vocational colleges can provide talent support for the development of digital economy and the construction of digital society by strengthening students'digital literacy education.However,under the guidance of professional adaptability,the cultivation of digital literacy of higher vocational students still faces many practical difficulties,which are mainly reflected in the mismatch between students'ability structure and the demand for industrial digital upgrading,and the disconnection between the cultivation of skilled talents and the change of employment form.To this end,we should take the government as the leading force,improve the top-level design framework,and increase the supply of policies and resources,take enterprises as the auxiliary force,strengthen the empowerment of information technology and build a digital skill practice platform,take schools as the main battlefield,strengthen the integration of digital elements,and improve the digital literacy training system.At the practical level,it is necessary to anchor the development direction of digital economy,continuously optimize the professional setting;Build a collaborative education mechanism integrating industry and education,actively explore the mixed system of running schools;Build a digital"double qualified"teaching staff and improve teachers'digital teaching management ability.
