摘要
中医药人才的培养质量在健康中国发展中是至关重要的因素,中医药高等院校硕士研究生的培养与就业面临新的发展与挑战。中药学硕士研究生职业选择是人才培养过程中需要面对的问题。文章采用Logistic回归分析法探究了影响中药学硕士研究生职业选择的相关因素,得出“学生学位类型”“读研动机”“读研期间是否遭受严重打击”“未来希望就业的城市”与硕士研究生职业选择显著相关,提出提高人才培养质量与提高就业率的建议。
The quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talent training is a crucial factor in the development of healthy China.Therefore,the cultivation and employment of postgraduates in colleges and universities of TCM are facing new development and chal-lenges.The career choice of Chinese materia medica postgraduates is a problem that needs to be faced in the process of talent training.This paper used logistic regression analysis to explore associated factors affecting the career choice of postgraduates majoring in Chi-nese materia medica.It draws a conclusion that the factors,which are the type of student’s degree,the motivation of postgraduate study,whether to suffer a serious blow during postgraduate study and the city that hopes for employment in the future are significantly related to the career choice of postgraduates.According to the results,the paper gave suggestions to improve the quality of talent train-ing and employment rate.
