摘要
目的:调查医学院校毕业生毕业去向及心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展医学院校毕业生就业指导及心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法:对某医学院校2015级届毕业生的毕业去向及心理健康状况情况进行调查及统计,并对不同性别、不同毕业去向毕业生的心理健康状况进行对比研究。结果:医学院校毕业生心理健康状况与全国青年常模之间存在一定差异,不同性别毕业生之间心理健康状况差异不大,有无明确就业去向毕业生之间心理健康状况存在较大差异。结论:医学院校毕业生心理健康总体较差,且毕业去向是影响毕业生心理健康问题的主要原因。
Objective:This study aims to investigate the employment and mental health status of medical school graduates,providing a basis for targeted employment guidance and mental health education for medical school graduates.Methods:A survey and statistical analysis were conducted on the employment and mental health status of the 2015 graduating class of a medical university.A comparative study was also conducted on the mental health status of graduates based on gender and different employment destinations.Results:There are certain differences between the mental health status of medical school graduates and the national youth norm.There is little difference in mental health status between male and female graduates,but significant differences exist in the mental health status of graduates with clear and unclear employment destinations.Conclusion:The overall mental health of medical school graduates is poor,and the employment destination is a major factor influencing their mental health issues.
