基于协同合作机制的高职市政工程专业群探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 伴随着我国市政行业发展的新业态和新模式,市政工程项目呈现出综合化、多样化、复杂化趋势,不同专业间的横向关联度也逐步提升。而为顺应现代化社会的进步,市政道路、桥梁、管网等传统产业升级与综合管廊、海绵城市、城市智慧供热等新兴产业发展齐头并进,引发了市政工程行业从业人员的长期供不应求,其中高职层次的一线施工技术人员缺口尤为明显。在此基础上,本文提出了基于职业教育协同合作机制的市政工程专业群的建设与实践,以多专业协同发展模式、多元交互的资源融通平台、师资团队的雄厚实力培养市政工程行业复合型技术技能人才,以此完善现代职业教育改革体系。 With the development of new formats and new models of the municipal industry in my country,municipal engineering projects have shown a trend of integration,diversification and complexity,and the horizontal correlation between different specialties has gradually increased.In order to adapt to the progress of modern society,the upgrading of traditional industries such as municipal roads,bridges,and pipe networks has gone hand in hand with the development of emerging industries such as integrated pipe corridors,sponge cities and urban smart heating,which has triggered a long-term shortage of employees in the municipal engineering industry.The gap of front-line construction technicians at the professional level is particularly obvious.On this basis,this paper proposes the construction and practice of municipal engineering professional groups based on the cooperative mechanism of vocational education,and cultivates composite technologies in the municipal engineering industry with a multi-professional collaborative development model,a multi-interactive resource integration platform,and the strong strength of the teaching staff.Skilled personnel,in order to improve the modern vocational education reform system.
