摘要
通过探讨多模态交互方式与送餐员头盔结合的形式,提升送餐员骑行安全性和配送效率。运用层次任务分析法分析送餐员的配送任务流程后发现,送餐员各感官模态与动作通道间存在的不合理资源竞争是导致其骑行安全性和配送效率低的主要原因。构建了多模态交互模型并提出设计策略,通过设计实例验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明:将多模态交互方式与送餐员头盔结合并建立多模态平衡机制,可降低送餐员在骑行配送中的认知负荷,提高人机交互的准确性和效率,从而提升送餐员骑行安全性和配送效率。
The aim was to promote cycling safety and delivery efficiency through the combination of multi-mode interaction mode and helmet for delivery man.The hierarchical task analysis was performed to analyze delivery process and structure.It was found that the unreasonable resource competition among the sensory modes and movement is the main reason of the low delivery efficiency and cycling safety.A multimodal interaction model of helmet for delivery man was constructed to propose a design strategy.The feasibility of this method was verified by design practice.The results showed that the multi-mode balance mechanism established through the combination of multi-mode interaction with the helmet for delivery man could effectively reduce the delivery men’s cognitive load in cycling.This could improve the accuracy and efficiency of human-computer interaction,so as to effectively improve the safety and delivery efficiency of the delivery man’s cycling.
