摘要
细胞焦亡是近期发现的一种程序性死亡方式,其途径有经典焦亡途径、非经典焦亡途径、其他半胱氨酸天冬酶(caspase)介导的细胞焦亡途径以及颗粒酶介导的途径。消皮素蛋白(gasdermin,GSDM)是最终的效应蛋白,其中消皮素D(GSDMD)是gasdermin成孔蛋白家族中目前研究最为广泛和深入的一类蛋白。细胞焦亡与慢性炎性疾病、肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化性疾病、代谢性疾病以及神经退行性疾病相关。近年来,细胞焦亡在心血管领域也有所涉及,但在心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)方面的研究仍处于刚刚起步阶段,进一步研究细胞焦亡在房颤中的作用机制可能成为未来对AF的有效策略。
Pyroptosis is a programmed death mode recently discovered.Its pathways include the classical pyroptosis pathway,non-classical pyroptosis pathway,other caspase-mediated pyroptosis pathway,and granulozyme mediated pathway.Gasdermin protein(GSDM)is the final efficient protein.GSDMD is one of the Gasdermin pore-forming proteins that have been studied extensively and deeply.Pyrodeath is associated with chronic inflammatory diseases,tumors,atherosclerotic diseases,metabolic diseases,and neurodegenerative diseases.In recent years,it is found that pyrodeath involves in the cardiovascular field,but the research on atrial fibrillation is still in its infancy.Further research on the mechanism of pyrodeath in atrial fibrillation may become one of the effective strategies for atrial fibrillation in the future.
