基于回馈理论健康教育模式对慢性胃炎患者疾病知信行水平及自我效能的影响

Effects of Feedback-based Health Education Model on the Level of Disease Knowledge,Belief and Behavior and Self-efficacy of Patients with Chronic Gastritis

摘要 目的:探讨基于回馈理论健康教育模式对慢性胃炎患者疾病知信行水平及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月河南大学第一附属医院收治的196例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其均分为常规组和回馈组,每组各98例。常规组患者给予常规护理干预,回馈组患者在常规护理基础上给予基于回馈理论健康教育模式干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的疾病知信行水平、自我效能以及心理状态评分情况。结果:实施基于回馈理论健康教育模式干预后,回馈组疾病知信行水平问卷各维度评分均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.753、8.351、10.529,P<0.05)。干预后,回馈组自我效能量表各维度评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.046、24.918、11.170、12.726、14.901、12.154,P<0.05)。干预后,回馈组心理状态焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.448、15.187,P<0.05)。结论:基于回馈理论健康教育模式干预可显著提高慢性胃炎患者疾病知信行水平,提升其自我效能,改善不良情绪,对患者获取良好康复结局具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the effect of the feedback-based health education model on the level of disease knowledge,belief and behavior and self-efficacy of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:196 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the sample hospitals from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected for the study,and they were equally divided into a conven⁃tional group and a feed-back group using the random number table method,with 98 cases in each group.Patients in the conven⁃tional group were given conventional nursing interventions,and patients in the feedback group were given a health education model based on the feedback theory on this basis.The level of disease knowledge,self-efficacy and psychological status of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the intervention.Results:After implementing the intervention based on the feed-back theory health education model,all scores of disease knowledge,belief and behavior levels in the feed-back group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.753,8.351,10.529,P<0.05).After the intervention,all dimension scores of self-efficacy scale were significantly higher in the feedback group than in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(t=20.046,24.918,11.170,12.726,14.901,12.154,P<0.05).After the intervention,the psychological state anxiety and depression scores were lower in the feedback group than in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(t=20.448,15.187,P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of health edu⁃cation model based on the feedback theory can significantly improve the level of disease knowledge and belief behavior,enhance their self-efficacy and improve their bad mood in patients with chronic gastritis,which is important for patients to obtain good re⁃covery outcomes.
