摘要
目的探讨术前七步早操训练联合回馈式健康教育模式在早期胃癌及癌前病变行内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)患者中的应用价值.方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月于山东省警官总医院外一科就诊的117例早期胃癌及癌前病变行ESD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=59).对照组采用常规术前管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用术前七步早操训练联合回馈式健康教育模式.对比两组患者不同时间心理状态、生理应激反应.结果观察组术前2 h、术后2 h焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术前2 h、术后2 h心率、收缩压、舒张压水平进行比较,观察组均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床将术前七步早操训练联合回馈式健康教育模式应用于早期胃癌及癌前病变行ESD患者中的效果良好,能改善患者的心理状态,从而有效降低其生理应激反应.
Objective To investigate the application value of preoperative seven-step morning exercise training combined with feedback health education model in patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods 117 patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions who underwent ESD in Shandong Provincial Police General Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=59).The control group was given routine preoperative management,and the observation group was given the preoperative seven-step morning exercise training combined with the feedback health education model on the basis of the control group.The psychological states and physiological stress responses of the two groups of patients at different times were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group 2 h before and 2 h after the operation were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure 2 h before and 2 h after operation between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of the preoperative seven-step morning exercise training combined with the feedback health education model in patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions undergoing ESD has a good effect,which can improve the psychological state of the patients and effectively reduce their physiological stress response.
