摘要
目的探究视频结合回馈教学模式在慢性气道疾病患者使用干粉吸入药物指导中的临床效果进行分析。方法选取该院2019年2-7月收治慢性气道疾病患者86例,根据药物使用规范方式分为结合组和普通组,每组43例。普通组实施常规指导患者干粉吸入药物使用教学方式,结合组实施视频结合回馈教学方式指导患者干粉吸入药物使用。观察86例患者教学后干粉吸入药物使用装置规范率。结果结合组应用视频结合回馈教学后干粉吸入药物使用装置规范率中规范装药、规范吸药、吸药后屏气、服药后漱口、漏用情况、清洗装置均优于普通组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频结合回馈教育可有效提升慢性气道疾病患者干粉吸入药物的规范性。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of video combined with feedback teaching mode in the guidance of patients with chronic airway disease using dry powder inhalation medication.Methods The 86 patients with chronic airway disease admitted to the hospital from February to July 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a combination group and a general group according to the standard method of drug use,with 43 cases in each group.The general group implemented a routine teaching method of dry powder inhalation medication for patients,combined with a group implementation video and feedback teaching method to guide patients to use dry powder inhalation medication.Observe the rate of use of dry powder inhalation drugs in 86 patients after teaching.Results Combined with the application video of the combined group and the feedback on the use rate of the dry powder inhalation drug use device after the teaching,the standard loading,standard inhalation,holding breath after taking the drug,mouthwash after taking the drug,leakage,and cleaning device were all better than the ordinary group.There were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Video combined with feedback education can effectively improve the standardization of dry powder inhalation drugs in patients with chronic airway disease.
