摘要
目的:研究慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染情况对血清中炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年3月期间在上海市金山区亭林医院就诊的222例慢性胃炎患者的临床资料,采用13C尿素呼气试验和胃黏膜组织活检检测幽门螺杆菌的感染情况,免疫组化法检测血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α表达水平。结果:幽门螺杆菌感染阳性患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平明显高于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.029);但IL-8水平在幽门螺杆菌阳性和阴性患者之间无统计学差异(P=0.700)。血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平与慢性胃炎严重程度呈正相关。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平明显升高,但IL-8水平无显著变化。血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8高水平与慢性胃炎严重程度密切相关。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the serum levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8)and Tumor Necrosis Fac⁃tor-TNF-α(TNF-α)and association with chronic gastritis patients with helicobacter pylori infection.METHODS Clinical data of 222 patients with chronic gastritis who visited the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected.The infection of Helico⁃bacter pylori was detected by 13C urea breath test and immunohistochemical staining,and serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS Serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in H.Pylori positive patients were significantly higher than those in H.Pylori negative patients with statistically significant differences(P=0.029).However,there was no statistical difference in IL-8 level between H.pylori positive and negative patients(P=0.7000).Serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were posi⁃tively correlated with the severity of chronic gastritis.CONCLUSION The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly in⁃creased in patients with chronic gastritis infected with H.Pylori,but the level of IL-8 was not significantly changed.High serum lev⁃els of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were closely related to the severity of gastritis.
