摘要
“三全育人”背景下,高校劳动教育与学生管理工作协同育人迎来了全新的发展机遇,基于双方在育人功能、育人目标等层面的统一性,“三全育人”还能持续丰富双方协同育人资源、深化育人价值。但在当前阶段,高校推进双方协同育人还存在引领性不足、育人队伍不完善、学生主体参与缺失及指导原则不健全等阻碍。为此,高校应重视党建引领,保障协同育人的政治底线和正确方向,并重视协同育人队伍建设,强调学生主体的积极参与,优化协同育人顶层设计、完善指导原则,以在多方协同中开展育人实践,推动双方协同育人在“三全育人”背景下的高质量开展。
Under the background of"three complete education",the collaborative education of labor education and student management in colleges and universities has ushered in a new development opportunity.Based on the unity of both sides in the education function,education objectives and other aspects,"three complete education"can also continue to enrich the collaborative education resources of both sides and deepen the value of education.However,at the current stage,colleges and universities still have some obstacles in promoting the collaborative education of both sides,such as insufficient leadership,imperfect education team,lack of student participation and imperfect guiding principles.To this end,colleges and universities should attach importance to the guidance of party building,ensure the political bottom line and correct direction of collaborative education,and attach importance to the construction of collaborative education team,emphasize the active participation of students,optimize the top-level design of collaborative education,and improve the guiding principles,so as to carry out the education practice in multi-party cooperation,and promote the high-quality development of collaborative education between both sides under the background of"three complete education".
