大型复杂在运输气站区域阴极保护设计和应用

摘要 当前越来越多在运输气站采取追究区域阴极保护的措施,提升站内管道的安全性。某输气站已运行近20年,经过多次改造和扩建,工艺系统、接地系统及地下电缆情况复杂。通过对该输气站的调研、分析,提出了馈电试验和数值仿真结合的区域阴极保护系统设计方法,有效的指导了恒电位仪选型、回路设计和阳极优化。 At present,more and more measures are adopted to investigate the area cathodic protection in the transportation gas station to improve the safety of the pipeline in the station.A gas transmission station has been in operation for nearly 20 years,and after many transformations and expansions,the process system,grounding system and underground cable are complicated.Based on the investigation and analysis of the gas transmission station,the design method of regional cathodic protection system combining feed test and numerical simulation is proposed,which effectively guides the selection of potentiostat,loop design and anode optimization.
