摘要
天然气站场是天然气输配系统中的关键环节,具备天然气的工艺处理、调度分流以及储配等功能,这里聚集了巨大的能量。站内管道运行过程中受温度、压力变化,环境介质作用及人为等因素的影响,存在密封失效的问题,如果处理不及时会导致天然气的大量泄漏,不仅浪费能源,污染环境,还会引起火灾、爆炸等事故。针对天然气站场管道泄漏的具体形式,从采用合理的泄漏检测技术、改进常规的泄漏防治技术及优化防泄漏设计等方面予以解决,从而有效地防止了站场管道的天然气泄漏,提高了站场运行的可靠性与安全性。
Natural gas station is a key link in the natural gas transmission and distribution system,it has functions of natural gas processing and storage and so on,here gathers huge energy. The pipeline in the station is affected by temperature, pressure change, environmental media and artificial factors during operation, which can cause the problem of seal failure. If the problem of seal failure is not treated in time, lots of natural gas will leak, which not only can cause waste of energy, pollution of the environment, but also can cause fire, explosion and other accidents. The gas leakage problem can be solved by the reasonable leak detection technology, improving conventional leak prevention and control technology and optimizing the design of the containment, which will improve the reliability and security of the station operation.
