摘要
电梯层门闭合开关是电梯上一道重要的安全保护装置,安全技术规范对该项目的检验要求检验人员按照比例进行抽查并测试,传统的检测方法不便操作且耗时较长,检验人员难以完成。通过分析门锁回路断开后的特点,总结了门闭合开关无效时在门锁紧开关上表现出的电压特点。针对各厂家门回路设计电压的不同,设计合理的电路,能够覆盖绝大多数型号的电梯,提高了门闭合开关的检测效率。
The elevator landing door closing switch is an important safety protection device on the elevator.The safety technical standard requires the inspectors to spot check and test according to the proportion.The traditional detection method is inconvenient to operate and takes a long time,and it is difficult for the inspectors to complete.By analyzing the characteristics of the door lock circuit after opening,the voltage characteristics on the door lock switch when the door close switch is invalid are summarized.According to the different design voltage of the door circuit of each factory,a reasonable circuit is designed,which can cover most types of elevators and improve the detection efficiency of the door closing switch.
