摘要
目的:观察李氏虎符铜砭刮痧联合大青龙汤加减辅治社区获得性肺炎外寒内热证的临床效果。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组均用常规治疗,治疗组加用李氏虎符铜砭刮痧联合大青龙汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组咳嗽消失时间、咯痰消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清WBC、PCT、CRP水平较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:李氏虎符铜砭刮痧联合大青龙汤加减辅治CAP外寒内热证疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Li‘s Hufu copper needle scraping combined with Daqinglong Decoction in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia with external cold and internal heat syndrome.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group were treated with Li‘s Hufu copper needle scraping combined with Daqinglong Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,fever and pulmonary rales in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum WBC,PCT and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Li‘s Hufu copper needle scraping combined with Daqinglong Decoction is effective in the treatment of CAP with external cold and internal heat syndrome.
