摘要
目的:藏医小儿肺病包含多种疾病,是藏医儿科疾病中最为常见的类型,危害着小儿的生命健康。基于藏医古籍文献,整理藏医对小儿肺病的认知及方药配伍规律,以期为藏医临床辨治小儿肺病提供更多思路。方法:收集藏医古籍文献中关于小儿肺病的资料,运用文献研究法及中医传承辅助平台(v 3.0)软件,整理出藏医对小儿肺病的病因、症状、分类、诊断、治疗等基本理论特色;分析其核心用药和组方规律。结果与结论:藏医对小儿肺病的认知可归纳为由小儿及养护人员的饮食、行为等不当,致使小儿三因紊乱引起的寒性、热性两种肺病;其症状虽因属性不同而存在差异,但主要表现为体温异常、咳嗽、咯痰、气喘等,治疗手段以口服药物为主,食疗及行为疗法、外治疗法为辅;102首处方涉及藏药62味,总使用频次609次,其中以天竺黄最多,番红花次之,高频药物组合21对,潜在新药核心组合3组。
Objective:In Tibetan medicine,lung diseases are considered the most common health issues of children.Based on the ancient literature of Tibetan medicine,the cognition of Tibetan medicine on pediatric lung disease and the law of prescription compatibility were sorted out in order to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of pediatric lung disease in Tibetan medicine.Methods:Using varieties textual materials and research tools(including Traditional Chinese Medicine Transmission Support Platform v 3.0).Extract potential diagnostic methods and prescriptions for clinical use in Tibetan medicine.Results and Conclusion:The dietary and behavioral habits of children and their caretakers are causally related to two major categories of hot and cold lung diseases in children.Their symptoms vary accordingly.The most common symptoms include fluctuation in body temperature,breathing difficulty,cough,mucus production and wheezing.The main treatment is oral drugs,with dietary and behavioral interventions as alternatives.A survey of 102 different formulae,using a total of 62 different medicinal ingredients with the most common one being Shiraia bambusicola,followed by Saffron.There is a total of 609 instances of treatment with these formulae.Among them,there are 21 formulae of high frequency in use and 3 potential formulae.
