社区获得性下呼吸道感染患者3种病原菌分布及其耐药性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析陕西地区2家医院社区获得性下呼吸道感染患者常见病原菌分布及耐药性情况。方法收集两院2018年1月—2020年12月治疗的下呼吸道感染患者呼吸道标本中流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他莫拉菌,进行药敏试验,使用WHONET 5.6软件统计分析。结果2018年1月—2020年12月下呼吸道感染患者呼吸道标本分离出流感嗜血杆菌123株,肺炎链球菌98株,卡他莫拉菌23株,流感嗜血杆菌对氨苄西林和复方磺胺甲恶唑耐药率显著上升明;肺炎链球菌逐渐出现对青霉素的耐药趋势;卡他莫拉菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性基本保持不变。结论陕西地区社区获得性下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药情况发生了变化,对成人下呼吸道感染的临床治疗具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens in patients with community-acquired lower respiratory tract infections from two hospitals in Shaanxi province.Methods The Haemophilus influenzae,Streptococcus pneumoniae,and Moraxella catarrhalis were isolated from in respiratory tract specimens of patients with lower respiratory tract infections treated in two hospitals from Jan 2018 to Dec 2020.Kirby-Bauer method were used to test antimicrobial susceptibility and WHONET 5.6 software were used for statistical analysis.Results From Jan 2018 to Dec 2020,123 strains of Haemophilus influenzae,98 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae,23 strains of Moraxella catarrhalis were isolated from respiratory tract specimens of patients with lower respiratory tract infections.The resistance rate of Haemophilus influenzae to ampicillin and trimethoprim-sulfamethazole increased significantly;Streptococcus pneumoniae gradually appears to be resistant to penicillin;The sensitivity of Moraxella catarrhalis to commonly used antibacterial drugs remains basically unchanged.Conclusion The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of community-acquired lower respiratory tract infections in Shaanxi province have changed,which is significant for the clinical treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in adults.
