摘要
目的探讨下呼吸道感染治疗中头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月湄潭县人民医院收治的80例呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组应用头孢他啶治疗,研究组应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组治疗有效果、症状改善时间、用药后炎性因子改善情况以及用药不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.286,P=0.001)。研究组症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于下呼吸道感染患者的治疗,头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的应用可发挥显著抗菌效果,其应用于下呼吸道感染的治疗中可发挥显著疗效,有利于改善患者症状和减轻患者炎症反应,不良反应少,安全性较好。
Objective To explore the effect of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium treatment in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 80 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to Meitan County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime and the study group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium.The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement time,improvement of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.286,P=0.001).Symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no sstatistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with lower respiratory tract infections,the application of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium can play a significant antibacterial effect,and its application in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections can play a significant therapeutic effect,which is conducive to the improvement of the symptoms of the patients and the reduction of inflammatory reactions,with fewer adverse reactions and better safety.
